GFL 2 Bowl is the annual national championship game for second tier of American football in Germany. It is contested by the two best teams of the German Football League 2 (GFL2), which will be contested for the first time in 2026.
Due to the fact that the German American Football leagues are divided into the GFL, GFL2, various regional leagues and use promotion and relegation to decide its teams each season, these are not included as it is often difficult to find information about the helmets for the newer teams. Top 2 per division qualify for the GFL2 Playoffs and play inter-divisional playoff games.

Playoffs
The German Football League 2 Playoffs determine the national champion through a single-elimination bracket featuring the top two teams from each conference (GFL2 North and GFL2 South). Teams qualify based on their regular-season standings within their own conference.

- From GFL South: Top 2 teams
- Seeding: Teams are seeded 1–4 overall based on regular-season record.
Seeding & Home Field
- Conference-based seeding: North and South are seeded separately (1–4 each).
- Home field: The higher-seeded team hosts in the Quarterfinals and Semifinals.

Cross-conference matchups:
- 1 North vs 2 South
- 1 South vs 2 North
Winners advance to the GFL2 Bowl.
GFL2 Bowl
- Participants: Winners of the Semifinals.
- Format: Single championship game.
- Winner: Champions are promoted to the GFL the following season.
- Venue: Neutral site selected by the league.
Relegation / Playdowns
Relegation games were previously played up to and including the 2025 before being dropped for the 2026 season.
