Miami Dolphins

PHOTO: STADIUMS OF PRO FOOTBALL

Miami Dolphins are are the oldest professional sports team in Florida and are the only AFC East team that was not a charter member of the American Football League (AFL). Prior to 1946, there had not been a team in the region since the Miami Seahawks, who played in the All-America Football Conference in 1946, before becoming the first incarnation of the Baltimore Colts.

They are the only team to win the Super Bowl with a perfect record in the 1972 season and winning Super Bowl VII.
