In 2026, the United Football League consisted of 8 professional teams in a single alignment with no divisions, as the Conferences were dropped following the 2025 UFL Season. This page lists active UFL team, and links to former teams including the original conference alignment from 2024-2025.

However, both the Birmingham Stallions and Houston Gamblers were dropped following the season as the only remaining USFL teams and will be replaced by two replacement teams in the same way as Columbus Aviators, Louisville Kings, and Orlando Storm replaced the previous Memphis Showboats (USFL), Michigan Panthers (USFL) and San Antonio Brahmas (XFL).

As part of the merger, teams were split into the USFL Conference and XFL Conference, of which Houston Gamblers (USFL) were rebranded as the Houston Roughnecks (XFL) but played in the USFL Conference to make up the numbers.
