Each division is made up of 4 teams with the top two per division hosting the Conference Semi-Finals against the teams with the next best record regardless of division affiliation, for a spot in the British Conference Championship. The Conference champions host the United Conference champion in the BFL Bowl.
Dates are in order of the winners followed by the losers NFL affiliate teams.

This is contested by the North Division Champion hosting the #2 team, with the winner hosting the West Division champion in the British Conference Championship.
Prior to 2025, this was previously contested by the Division Champion hosting the North Division Semi-Final winner.
