Teams, split into regions of Scotland (Caledonian Knights & Scottish Claymores) and North-East (Humberside Destroyers & Tyneside Mariners), compete for a place in the British Conference Semi-Finals (formerly called the North Division Semi-Final) made up of the North Division champions hosting the team with the next best record and the winners then playing in the British Conference Championship (formerly called the North Division Final).
New logos and helmets were introduced by the Caledonian Knights (2025), Scottish Claymores (2025) & Tyneside Mariners (2025 & 2026) and the Humberside Destroyers joined in for the 2025 season.
