Recent Changes
New logos and helmets were introduced by the Birmingham Bandits (2025), Leicester Stallions (2025 & 2026), Sherwood Forest Outlaws (2025 & 2026) & Thames Valley Thunder (2025).
Team Names
Teams adhere to the Team Rules.
Birmingham Bandits is the second largest city in the UK. Its nickname is as an alternative name to their tenants at Villa Park, Premier League team Aston Villa who are nicknamed the Villains. Its logo is inspired by that used by the Arizona/Oklahoma Outlaws of the USFL team that played from 1983-1985 an dcolours from an alternative helmet used by the Ohio State Buckeyes college football team.
Leicester Stallions are unrelated to any team represented by the city and inspired by the CFL's only North American Grey Cup Champions Baltimore Stallions who played from 1994-1995.
Sherwood Forest Outlaws is an ancient royal forest in Nottinghamshire in the East Midlands region of England, which is associated with the legend of Robin Hood, a known outlaw in folklore who is most closely associated with his stance of "robbing the rich to give to the poor".
Thames Valley Thunder is a geographical and political area in South East England around the River Thames west of London that covers the counties of Berkshire and Oxfordshire but the area can also include Buckinghamshire and Swindon. Their nickname is a resurrection of the nickname used by the defunct NFL Europe team Berlin Thunder that played from 1999-2007. However, it is unrelated to the resurrected Berlin Thunder who played in the European League of Football (ELF) and now in the new American Football League Europe (AFLE). Its logo has changed to a more related logo to that of the team name whereby the hammer represents the letter 'T' and the letter 'V' for Valley to showcase Thames Valley and keeping the hammer to reference the historic Thunder stylised logo.
