Teams, split into regions of South-west England (Avon Fire & Welsh Dragons) and South (London Monarchs & Sussex Pirates), compete for a place in the United Conference Semi-Finals (formerly called the South Division Semi-Final) made up of the South Division champions hosting the team with the next best record and the winners then playing in the United Conference Championship (formerly called the South Division Final).
New helmets and logos were introduced by the Avon Fire (2025 & 2026), London Monarchs (2025), Sussex Pirates (2025 & 2026) & Welsh Dragons (2025) .
