Teams, split into regions of South-west England (Avon Fire & Welsh Dragons) and South (London Monarchs & Sussex Pirates), compete for a place in the United Conference Semi-Finals (formerly called the South Division Semi-Final) made up of the South Division champions hosting the team with the next best record and the winners then playing in the United Conference Championship (formerly called the South Division Final).
London Monarchs, Sussex Pirates & Welsh Dragons have introduced new logos and helmets for the 2025 season with Avon Fire introducing a revised logo for the inaugural season.
